Tulip Math: I found a great tulip reading activity for preschoolers on Little Family Fun. Also consider finding photos of spring flowers, tulips, daffodils, and lilacs, and have your child point them out on a spring walk. Try for pictures of spring produce such as spinach, rhubarb, asparagus, and peas. This can be used as inspiration for an upcoming garden, or have your child bring it along to a local farmer’s market where they can match the photos to what is being sold. Garden Notebook: Have your child find images of vegetables, fruits, and flowers to glue into a garden notebook. Add a cotton ball to the middle of the glue and let dry.
